Food delivery in Lagos has plenty of options and not much consistency. Customers don't know which kitchen will deliver hot food. Riders don't have proper bags. Some platforms hide what they charge.

DeliverEat exists because someone had to do this differently.

We chose curation. We chose AI that actually works. We chose to publish what we charge and pay riders fairly. The next decade of food delivery in this region runs on us.

How we work

Four things we believe.

Curation matters.

Every kitchen is checked. Every store is reviewed. We say no to places we like when they're not ready.

AI is a tool, not a gimmick.

DeliverEat learns what you eat and gets sharper. We don't talk about it like it's magic. We just make it work.

Be honest about money.

Commission is published. Refunds are automatic. Rider pay is on the offer card.

Software is the engine.

Dine OS isn't a side project. It's the operating system the kitchens run on, and the reason the marketplace works.

Christabel started DeliverEat after a decade in hospitality and operations. She watched too many good restaurants lose money to bad software and worse delivery apps.

DeliverEat is what she wished existed when she was running other people's kitchens.
